Many people level with a dps feral focused spec, and then once they get higher up, respec to something they prefer like tree, moonkin, or full-on tank. How did you level and what do you prefer playing now?

Before I start here I will warn you that I have said in other threads that I tend to be a nonconformist when it comes to my approach to the game.

All my characters pick a talent build via the talent calculators when they hit level 10. I print this out and have them stacked nicely next to my computer so I know which talents I am going for with any given character. I have no plans to repsec - ever - but do take the opportunity when we get free respecs due to class chanegs to fine tune these various plans.

I have one Druid (had hoped that they would allow Draenei to be druids so I could have one alliance side too but that did not happen and he is a Shaman) and he is Balance / Restoration and not sure of the split at the moment but know I want those trees and Moonkin form from the balance tree.

In his younger years (lower levels) he used to open a fight with spells then transform to bear and do the target in. Around level 40 I began to notice this not working as well and now do full fight in Tauran form and only use bear form when I am farming lower level monsters for whatever reasons.

I did it backwards at first lol...Ren being my first char and me being a total noob i opened the talents and only saw the balance tree...never really searched to find feral and restoration until around 20 something i figured that out and i put more points in resto, becuase my friend was...but at i think level 45, convinced by Dasz (who was feral) i went full on feral and have been ever since...(funny now that Dasz wants healers since that is what our guild needs =P)

I my self was always feral, I to was pretty nieve when I started to play druid. I looked at the the three trees and thought, hmmm healing, sure it can be done but I dont think that is what druids are like, Balance, yeah well theyare like that, keepin the wilds where they should and people away from sacred groves (like that happens in this game), Feral, HEY LOOK AT THIS! this is soooo cool, can take the damage, can dish it out and get cool form buffs to boot. I AM GOIN FERAL! Stayed that way ever since. I did respec when it was free, but it went right beack in to the feral tree.

Yeah I want healers, we need them, true healers to, some one that really likes the class and wants to be that supporting player. Not some one that is gonna do it fer the betterment of the guild or group, but some one that wants to. It make fer s funner group and good times.
