1. When dropping out of flight, click back 'into' flight before hitting the ground. Otherwise, your may face the same tragedy that our dear friend Ren did:

To his defense, he was trying to land on me and did 'intentionally' kill himself here. Even so, he ended up tea bagged repeatedly by Durron. I didn't think to screenshot it until it was already too late, but you can see a bit here as Ren rezzed.

It wasn't a pretty sight. So please remember to switch back 'into' flight ...

Actually, this is a rogue site (gaspies!), but I think it can be very useful for a feral kitty:

http://shadowpanther.net/

I just found/refound this recently.

In just a handful of pages, he cover almost everything - PvE, PvP, best weapons by level, talent spec/builds, twink gear, etc.

The talent pages won't help, but for gear, it covers weapons, armor, consumables, PvE & PvP.

So, as some of you may know, both Dasz and I have been arguing over who will be Druidic Class Leader.

Neither of us want it.

Which means we are looking for someone willing to take the slot. If you (or someone you know) is interested in taking up the class leader mantle, just let us know or send a mail in-game.

Why cloth armor?!?!

Okies,

Sometimes, druids ask me, why should I use/wear cloth armor? Why do so many high-level druids wear cloth caster or heal pieces?

The answer is, I hope, simple, and ONLY apply if you are balance, resto, or a hybrid of them.

Feral or mainly-feral hybrids should only wear leather

okay, here is why:

Items have points. They are called item points, and are based upon the level of the item (which is not the same as level to use it). The more points something has in one ...

with the latest patch, there is a new change many of you may have seen -

+ healing now gives an extra +33% SPELLDAMAGE bonus. This goes for most items & enchants.

so, if you have a mace that is +33 healing spels and effects, it now ALSO gives you +11 spell damage. free.

you will be seeing more resto and balance druids now staying in NE form because of that; they will alternate damage and healing spells, and do so more effectively.

It is still best to look for spellleather, ...

This has come up a few times, so I thought I would mention it here.

As some of you know, a good bit of Burnt Offerings start came from members of Cenarion Circle's first all-Druidic guild, Nature's Grace (it may have been the first on any server, but I can't confirm that yet).

At one point, NG was over 100 members, and ONLY Druids/Druidesses - no alts. We tried to remain friendly with Tauren, esp. when in Moonglade, but also had a dedicated group of BGers, as well. I eventually was ...
