Requires Level 50

Equip: Transform into little old lady.
Use: Rename cats with weird names.
Chance on hit: Hit again instantly with sassy backhand.

It came with an ACTUAL floral grandma vest. The gears are grinding for a suitable gift in return for Tingle....good thing I have until June!
