The title of the document is:
Jamies Alliance Leveling Guide. It has most of the answers to all your questions. Even of you ask me I am getting the answers from there.
To make it easy on yourself copy the chapters individually on to what ever document program that you may have and print out each chapter at a time. That way you have it there and you can refer to it when you need to.
Average is about 2 to three levels per day, depending on how much you play. Since alot of the addons still dont work, it may take you a little (but not much) extra time.
